Suzana Whyte MonacellaSuzana Whyte Monacella began her career as a fashion designer in New York City in the 1980s. "Suzana Monacella Designs" was featured in publications such as WWD, The New York Times, and Vogue, and reflected her penchant for classic silhouettes paired with unexpected fabrics and exquisite detailing. Upon moving to Los Angeles in the early 90s, her career expanded to include styling for commercials and costume-designing for television.
Suzana was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, and as a Brazilian interior designer based in New York City, she has attracted a South American clientele looking to establish primary residences as well as pied-a-terres. Suzana combines her taste for contemporary influences and sophisticated trends with the McMillen tradition of timely execution. Her own apartment was featured in August 1989 issue of House and Garden. Suzana joined McMillen Inc. in 2008.
